Yesterday, I had another bonanza of photo sessions! I photographed 5 families. This time, I knew to schedule in a break in order to recharge my battery. Luckily, the weather cooperated and it wasn't too hot!

Bartering Since 2008?!

Wow, I think I've been photographing families since 2008! It's a barter--I photograph the families for free and the parents allow me to use their children's images in my artwork. Recently I had the urge to review my images since I had some favorites from some of these photo sessions. I hope I had captured the person's spirit in the photograph. I always tell the families that I'm not a professional photographer so they get the images unedited with no special effects.
